Refund and Returns Policy

 

1. Eligibility for Returns

At AceKing, customer satisfaction is our priority. Products are eligible for return if they are unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all tags, labels, and packaging intact. Returned items must pass a quality inspection before approval.

2. Return Request Period

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order. Any return requests submitted after the specified period may not be eligible for processing. We recommend checking your order immediately upon delivery.

3. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery.
• Items without original tags or packaging.
• Products purchased during clearance sales, special promotions, or marked as non-returnable.
• Customized or personalized products.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund status. If approved, the refund will be initiated to the original payment method used during purchase. Refunds will only be processed after successful quality verification of the returned product.

5. Refund Timeline

Approved refunds are generally processed within 5–10 business days from the date of approval. Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refunded amount to reflect in your account.

6. Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges for eligible products in case of size issues, manufacturing defects, or incorrect items received. Exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of delivery and are subject to product availability. If the requested size or product is unavailable, a refund or store credit may be offered.
