Refund & Exchange Policy
At AceKing Garments Pvt Ltd, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products. To ensure a fair and transparent process, all return and exchange requests are subject to the following policy.
1. Mandatory Unboxing Video
To process any return or exchange request, a continuous, unedited unboxing video is mandatory.
The video must:
- Clearly display the shipping label before opening the package.
- Show the package seal in its original, unopened condition.
- Capture the complete unboxing process.
- Clearly show any damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items.
Please Note: Claims submitted without a valid unboxing video will not be accepted.
2. Reporting Time
Any issue regarding your order must be reported within 48 hours of delivery by emailing:
After 48 hours, the order will be considered accepted in good condition, and no return or exchange requests will be entertained.
3. Product Condition
To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be:
- Unused and unworn.
- Unwashed.
- In its original condition.
- Returned with all original tags, labels, packaging, and accessories intact.
Products returned with missing tags, damaged packaging, signs of use, stains, or missing accessories will not qualify for exchange and will be returned to the customer.
4. Exchange Process
Once the returned product reaches our warehouse, our quality team will inspect it.
If the product meets our return criteria:
- A replacement product from the same product category will be arranged.
- Customers will receive an update within 48 hours after the returned product has been inspected.
- Replacement is subject to product availablity
5. Shipping Charges
The replacement product will be provided free of cost.
However, all shipping charges for the return and exchange process are to be borne by the customer.
