Shipping Policy
At AceKing Pvt. Ltd., we are committed to delivering your orders safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below before placing your order.
1. Shipping Locations
Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Thekkalur, Tamil Nadu. Currently, we accept and deliver orders within India only.
Due to unforeseen circumstances or safety protocols, AceKing reserves the right to temporarily suspend deliveries to any location if required.
2. Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 48 hours of successful order confirmation.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- During sale events, festive seasons, product launches, or high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
3. Delivery Timeline
Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery is:
- 3–7 business days for most locations across India.
- Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, courier availability, weather conditions, or public holidays.
4. Delivery Hours
Deliveries are made between:
Monday to Saturday
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM
Public holidays are excluded.
5. Delivery Confirmation
- A signature may be required at the time of delivery.
- If you are unavailable, you may authorize a family member, colleague, or neighbour to receive the package on your behalf.
- AceKing is not responsible for packages accepted by an alternative recipient.
6. OTP Verification
For added security, some courier partners may require a One-Time Password (OTP) before handing over your order.
The OTP will be sent to the mobile number provided while placing your order and must be shared with the delivery executive to complete the delivery.
7. Shipping Charges
Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated during checkout based on factors such as:
- Product type
- Package size
- Weight
- Delivery location
The final shipping cost will always be displayed before payment is completed.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
- A damaged product
- Missing items
- An incorrect shipment
Please contact our customer support within 48 hours of delivery. Claims reported after this period may not be eligible for review.
9. Liability
Once an order has been successfully delivered, AceKing is not responsible for any damage, loss, or misuse occurring after delivery has been completed.
