Return, Exchange & Refund Policy
At AceKing Garments Pvt Ltd, we maintain high quality-control standards.
To ensure a fair process, all returns, exchanges, and refunds are strictly governed by the following terms.
1. The Mandatory “Unboxing Video” Requirement
To be eligible for any claim, the customer must record a continuous, unedited video of themselves opening the package.
- The video must clearly show the shipping label and the unbroken seal of the package before opening.
- Any defects, damages, or missing items must be captured in the footage.
- No claims will be entertained without a valid unboxing video.
2. Strict 48-Hour Reporting Window
Any issues regarding your order must be reported to customercare@aceking.co.in within 48 hours of delivery.
- After this window, the order is deemed “accepted in perfect condition.”
- No complaints, returns, or refund requests will be accepted after this 48-hour period.
3. Item Condition & Accessories
Returned items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
- Tags & Accessories: All original brand tags, price tags, and accessories (e.g., extra buttons, belts, or designer packaging) must be returned intact.
- Rejection: Items returned with missing tags, missing accessories, or signs of use will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
4. Resolution Timelines & Conditions
Option A: Exchange
- Receive a replacement product within the same product category.
- The replacement item is free, but the customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
- Timeline: Once we receive and inspect your returned goods, the exchange will be initiated, and you will receive a status update within 48 hours.
Option B: Refund
- Refunds are processed for the base product value only.
- Excluded: Shipping costs and applicable Taxes/GST are non-refundable.
- Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited to the original payment source within 3–7 working days after the item passes our warehouse quality
inspection.
5. Post-Use Liability
Our liability ends at the point of delivery and initial inspection. Any damages or issues discovered after the garment has been worn or washed will be considered customer misuse. AceKing Garments Pvt Ltd will not be held liable for any post-use damages.
